Oriental Bok Choy Salad (or meing choy or pok choy)

<p>This is a power packed with nutrition salad and very easy to prepare&#8230;most everyone loves this even the non greens eaters! It fills you up and makes you healthy!</p> <p>These greens are available for a few months this winter in South Georgia and we are lucky that our farmers are thinking out to the box to bring these exceptional vegtables to our palette. this is a good entree with the addtion of some grilled wild caught salmon or grilled chicken (we have both on line.</p>

Serves: 4-6 side dish
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (Sothern Swiss Dairy)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 oz (bottle) sesame seeds
2 pkgs Ramen noodles
1 small pkg silvered almonds
2 lbs bok choy, or similar greens chopped
5-6 green onions all chopped

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add sesame seed, noodles, almonds and sugar. Stir all the time until lightly browned. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Toss greens and onions together, mix and chill untill ready to serve. Just before servinvg, break up the crunchy mixture, add to greens and pour the below dressing over, mix and serve
  2. Dressing Mix 3/4 C veg oil with 1/4 red wine vinegar and 1/2 C white sugar and 2 Tsp soy sauce
