Cabbage- Kohlrabi Slaw

Step by Step Instructions
- Peel 1 medium kohirabi and cut in matchsticks.
- Whisk the juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4cup chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- and salt and peper in a bowl
- whisk in 3 tablespoons olilve oil
- Toss with the kohirabi
- 1/4 head shedded cabbage
