Cabbage- Kohlrabi Slaw

Serves: 4-6

1 medium cut kohlrabi into matchsticks
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped dill
1 tsp. dijon mustard
taste taste salt and pepper
3 T. olive oil
1/2 glove minced garlic
1/4 head shedd cabbage

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Peel 1 medium kohirabi and cut in matchsticks.
  2. Whisk the juice of 1/2 lemon
  3. 1/4cup chopped dill
  4. 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  5. and salt and peper in a bowl
  6. whisk in 3 tablespoons olilve oil
  7. Toss with the kohirabi
  8. 1/4 head shedded cabbage
