Maple Mustard Salad Dressing

Serves: A nice size bottle for the fridge


Ingredients
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic
2 shallots (or small onion)
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, smooth kind
1 Tbsp course brown mustard
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup olive oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blendarize all ingredients except olive oil.
  2. While blender is running, drizzle in olive oil until nicely emulsified.
  3. Uses: nice before dinner drink; salad dressing; veggie dip; pretzel dip
