Egg Custard

Serves: 6


Ingredients
3 cups milk
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients well and pour into individual custard dishes or a pie pan. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes. Until center is set.
  2. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon or nutmeg for added flavor.
