Strawberry Salsa

Serves: 6-8
Vegan!

Ingredients
2 pints Strawberries (hulled & chopped)
1 cup Diced pineapple
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Diced onion (preferably red)
1 or 2 Jalapenos (seeded, deveined, minced)
1/2 cup Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Chips for dipping
Or toasted baguette slices

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk them together. Add all of the other ingredients and toss to combine.
  2. Serve with chips or toasted baguette slices.
