Baked Spaghetti Squash

Serves: 4-6
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1/2-? Chopped Walnuts
1 Shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 3-? T Parmesan
2-3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Med size Spaghetti squash
3-4 T Butter

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cut squash in half, scrape out seeds . Brush with Olive oil,sprinkle lightly with salt. Place upside down on cookie sheet. Bake at 400°for 45-50 minutes. Take a fork and scrape out "spaghetti" into a large bowl, making sure you keep shell intact. Use 3-4 T.of butter,salt and pepper to taste. 1/2-3/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1C shredded Mozzarella cheese, 3T Parmesan and a little Mozzarella on top. Bake at 400° until light brown on top. (I eat as a whole meal)
