Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

<p>There&#8217;s nothing better on a cold morning than waking up to this hot and delicious breakfast casserole.This is an easy recipe that will cook while you sleep. Kids and guests can serve themselves and let you sleep in!</p>

Serves: Serves 4-6


Ingredients
16 Ounce package Frozen Hashbrowns
One Pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled (may use cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham)
One Medium Onion diced
One Medium Bell pepper diced
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
One Dozen Farm Fresh Eggs

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place a layer of frozen hashbrowns on the bottom of a greased crockpot. Follow with a layer of sausage, onions, bell peppers and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Continue layering two more times, ending with shredded cheese.
  2. Beat the eggs with 1/2 to one cup milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
