Cucumbers

<p>One of the good recipes in my Amish cookbook. Not found in some of the newer cookbooks.</p>

Serves: 4-6


Ingredients
3 T butter
4 cups quarted sliced cucumbers
1 T chopped fresh chives or dill
taste taste salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet
  2. Saute cucumbers and chives or dill 2-5 minutes or until tender crisp
  3. Season with salt and pepper
