Ingredients
3 T
butter
4 cups
quarted sliced cucumbers
1 T
chopped fresh chives or dill
taste taste
salt and pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet
- Saute cucumbers and chives or dill 2-5 minutes or until tender crisp
- Season with salt and pepper
